Hello, I've got a quick question that I need assistance with.
In my backup setup which also has VDJ loaded, the database deletes itself every time I close the program. Next time I open it up, I have to scan my HD again. Why is it doing this?

That's very strange, never seen VDJ does this. What version do you use? Write your PC specs.

It's version 4.2 still.

I suggest only fresh install of XP and VDJ 4.3 and try it then. It is weird for sure.

It has happened to me at random times, a nother bug needs to be fixed. Happens on multiple laptops. No longer a system problem. A VDJ problem.

Please, try reinstall of your OS, might solve the problem.
