Hi Question about VDJ & company and Numark...
If this can't be answered by staff that hey i understand..
My question is what is the relationship with VDJ and Numark? I called them about an issue about my Total Control that wasn't working ( right player pitch control wasnt working) and they told me that THEY (Numark) dont support the Total control with VDJ applications.
They informed me that this works with Cue and that if there is an issue with VDJ, they would not assist.
Now being a Mac only VDJ user, I dont use CUE.
So what's the relationship with Numark? I 'thought' that VDJ made CUE...

they pay a premium to sell it under their name
the support for the software is from vdj the hardware from numark
sounds like you got a sales person there
if they where saying purchase cue because the program is identical in every way
