Do you use laptop? Try using on batteries to see if buzz is gone.

I had the same problem (although laptop) and the buzz went away when I unplugged the AC Adaptor. I've rearranged my setup since then and now have the laptop and speakers all getting power from the same socket extension and the buzz is gone. I'm not sure how ground loop works exactly, but if you search the forum for that term you may get some better advice.

I had that problem on my mobile rig, I cured it by putting a ground loop isolator (£8) between my mixer and amp.

@chad
Try to isolate ground than on your power cable and try it then but don't leave it that way for long time. If the buzz is gone, than you have Ground Loop problem. If this is the case, get Ground Loop Isolator.
