Yo im P.T the ultimate M.C and just started into mixing
ive got a question for ya if you dont mind.
Is the timecode vinyl designed for virtual dj to scrach the mp3s you got or can you use regulare disc to scratch.also how sdo you record with the existaing records?
I do i can seem to get my mic working on the MK2
i change my settings to ADIO but when i try to record even from windows recorder some error stuff comes up saying that new documents and bla bla bla
And i f i change the settings to WDM i can record BUT i can barely hear me.But it records the Vinyls and when im scratchin
The only place it works is the default windows output where i piut it but its much easier in the MK2 so i can move around freeley.
Anyway i would really appreciate if you could help me

hi there you need to use timecoded vinyl or cd to directly control the software

you can record real vinyl with the Rip Vinyl Tool startmenu > programs > virtualdj > rip vinyl
the mic wont work in windows , unfortunately its only seen as a line in.
but on virtual to increase the volume , enable talk over on the mk2 software
if that still doesnt work on the mk2 software press the mic icon on input one
this means when ever you press the input selector for deck one the mic will come on loudy , while music is playing on deck 2
to play music again and turn the mic of on deck one just press the button again

the console supports external mode easily however you need virtual dj pro

hmmm...do you maybe have msn messenger or something similar.i really need you to explain this to me cause if you just post here it will take too long.
