WEl I contacted AUDIOTRAK and have recieve word back from them about the IRQ conflict and have that fixed for now but am still receiving an ASIO driver error. I encouraged them to come to the sight and hope they will purchase or work out a deal to get a copy of the software to help work out this problem. I idicated to them most of the users have the USB version working with no problems with a laptop but explained I use a luncbox style computer and opted for the PCI assuming everything would be the same.

I've seen your post in the Audiotrak forum :)
Search this forum there are other pro cards with the same problem, so there is a chance for a fix from Atomix team.
Known cards with this Asio setup problem:
1. Esi Waveterminal 192L
2. ST Audio Dsp24
3. Maya 44 MKii PCI, (i wonder if the original Maya44, 16 bit version, while 44 MKii is 24 bit/96khz is working with asio)
*these 3 cards have drivers from Esi..
