Is there any plan to incorporate my suggestion from an earlier post to make the CLIP BANKS more useable?

Specifically, I had suggested the following:
1 - Bring CLIPBANK to the top level, so we don't have to go thru 4 levels of "mousing" to activate
2 - Expand it to fill the lower half of the screen (~ 20 - 30 clips), and
3 - Allow for the selection of multiple banks that we can individually load with our own themes
I think this would be a powerful addition that does not sacrifice anything from the current design. Has the development team considered incorporating this?
