Ok, here is my setup
HP pavilion dv9000 laptop running Windows XP SP2
Virtual DJ rev 6
external 300GB hard drive (7200rpm)
Urei 1601s mixer
2-Numark iCDX decks
NI Audio 8 DJ sound card
Sometimes when I bring everything up the right deck has a lot of static and sounds awful
If I shut eveything down again and turn eveything on in the same order (again) the right deck plays fine
Here is my power on order - mixer, iCDX's,external hard drive, then the laptop, then I launch VDJ
If anyone has any info on this please help me, this is driving me nuts
Thanks ahead of time

i have a similar setup but i'm currently using the Serato SL-1 Soundcard, I switched from the U46DJ and am VERY happy with the sound and reliability i've been getting...I've never heard of the sound card you are using, and i'm almost certain it has somethinig to do with your soundcard and not the iCDX, the iCDX has nothing to do with sound so i would check your performance settings and make sure your sound card drivers are up to date.
