In the middle of a party on friday night, the graph on the top of virtual dj (where it shows the wave lengths of the songs) for no reason all of a sudden changed to a very short, choppy graph. It moves very slow, still is accurate with the point in the song, but you can not make out the graph in general. Tried reinstalling the program, installing different version of program, different hard drives, nothing seems to work.
Has anyone else encountered this problem or have any ideas of how to fix it?

try the 1,2,3 numbers on top right hand side of the screen where the wave display is, they determine how much of the wave you will see.

if the above did not help...
do you still see the whole waveform moving from the right side to the left ?
or do you only see a little bit of it on the far left side ?
did this happen with every song or with an especially long song like a mix(longer than 5~10 min.) ?
if it happened only with long songs you have to change the "max load" settings in the option menu
to 10mn or longer
if you have enough ram(at least gb) try always
