Hi, i have been using virtual DJ for a while now on my macbook and its working fine.
Havnt played with it for a few days but loaded it up now and for some reason it dosent want to play tracks, my Hercules MK2 works fine with it and the programme responds to the controller but for some reason, the tunes just wont play. The jog wheels have no effect on the tunes either?!
Am i missing something here?
Should i re-install?

Disable the mk2 in remotes Reset the sound-options
to :
inputs : none
outputs : headphones
Card : 4.1
and then enable the herc in remotes and it should be ok otherwise ,
like on windows in which the configuration is saved in keys in a registry file
on mac os vdj config is saved ina file called a plist located
here
yourcomputer/users/youname/libary/preferences
its called com.atomixproductions.virtualdj.plist
Delete this file and rerun VDJ it now it should be fine.

sweet, had to delete the file and restart.

any ideas why this happened so i can avoid a crash in the future?

Occasionally if the program experiences a crash it can corrupt this file , it occurs vary rarely however.
