in a week or so a buddie is going to let me play with his newer imac 20in intel thats all i know about it
the only thing i dont know how to do is transfer all my mp3s to the mac. i have them all back up on an external drive but from what he tells me i cant use the drive due to the fact thats it in ntfs format. his suggestion was to take all the mp3s on multiple cd in mp3 format and transfer them that way, well to me there has to be a better way and thats just a waste on cds or dvds he knows mac and know absoluly nothing about pc, whats your sugetions

A mac can read a ntfs drive , and if you pop over to the download center you can get V5 cue which supports Ntfs drives.
