Hola a todos. Me acabo de comprar un consola MK2 y al iniciar el programa me sale un mensaje. Es este.

A failure ocurred Turing the update process
A ver si me podeis ayudar. Ademas cuando lleva un poco mas de media cancion se queda enganchado el programa.
