Hey I'm using the FadeOut v1.0 plugin.
http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/download.html?addon_id=608
http://www.virtualdj.com/addons/view.html?type=Sound+Effect&show=&orderby=stars&page=4 7th one down.
It does exactly as i want. Loops the desired number of bars for the desired amount of time with fade out to deck off.
Much like hitting the delay on traktor and turning the deck off.
A very handy effect for mixing dub/reggae which i do from time to time.
Anyway its good an all but has one quite anoying bug.
Basically I set up the plugin as i like, to loop 2 bars and repeat 4 times.
However soon as you turn VDJ off and reload it the dials are still saying 2 bars, 4 repeats on the skin but its actually reverted back to the default setting of 1 bar and 8 repeats which sounds pretty poor. So everytime i want to play I have to remember to fiddle the settings which is a pain. It's really misleading too as the dials are incorrect.
Now from my experaince of all other plugins, the settings you leave them at are remembered for the next seesion, so why not with this one?
Could someone either provide me with a solution/fix or recommend another fade/delay pluggin that works properly and does what i want from it.
Cheers.
