I am having a problem with Virtual DJ 5.1.. I have a XP laptop with 2 GB ram and a maya 44 usb sound card, 2 CDJ 800's for timecode. All works fine on 5.07. HOWEVER, when I installed 5.1 using timecode engine V5, the time code did not respond properpy.. EVEN if I tried auto-config. You would press stop on the DJ and the sound would not stop 100%. It would be like there is STILL time code playing. You ouwld have to press play and the stop again on th CDJ to get it to stop.. also, using the pitch on the CDJ, was not responding properly, making it hard to mix. I then switched to TIME CODE ENGINE v4 and it was better but still not like 5.07. I then re-installed 5.07 and all is working 100% .. why is this?

Hey Qwikcut,
sound like this problem: http://www.virtualdj.com/forums/91188/General_Discussion/5_1_release__but_had_to_use_the_V4_TC_Engine_to_get_though_the_night.html
Could be related to the Maya44.

I use timecode v4 with the 1000's on 5.2, if you use timecode v5 just slide the silencer to the right and is all good.
As far as your pitch, raise your sensitivity in values of 100 till you get it right.
Good Luck
