Hello,
PC:
Sort Processor: AMD Phenom
Processor-speed: 2200 MHz
Processor: AMD Phenom Quad-Core X4 9550
Internal memory: 4096 MB
Internal memory type: DDR2 SDRAM
Disk drive Serial ATA II
Rotation: 7200 RPM
IEEE 1394/Firewire port: 1
VGA port: 1
PS/2 port: 2
USB 2.0 port: 4
Memory video-adapter: 1663 MB
Graphic adapter: NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GE
Dedicated video memory: 256 MB
Maximum memory graphic adapter: 1663 MB
Graphic adapter: NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GE
High Definition Audio 7.1
Windows Vista Home Premium
TFT screen connected to the PCI GeForce 9400 GE card
Second TFT screen is connected to the onboard Nvidia 8200 VGA card.
When I start Virtual Dj and go to the Video tab, I see there "window".
When I start a video playing, I have to drag the video window to the second sreen and stretch it.
I don't have any freezing problems then, how many video I load or how fast I load the decks....no freezing.
When I go to the Video tab and choose for the Nvidia 9400 card:
- Screen stetches automatically on the second TFT screen.
- No boarders any more !!!
- But when one deck is playing and I load the other one I get FREEZINGS for a half second.
I don't want borders, I want automatically stetching the video screen on the second TFT screen and...I don't want freezings.
How can I solve this problem ???
Is there anybody who knows the answer (maybe from the Atomix team)
Thanks anyway.

DjStaffy,
Thanks for your answer, but I did the same.
What I was wondering is why it makes a difference for me when I choose for WINDOW as TV output on the Video tab or choose the name of the videocard.
If I choose the first one I don\'t get any freezing but I get the window with the virtualdj screen.
That screen I have to drag to the second screen.
So what is the difference between the name of th videocard you choos as TV output or you choose window???
See picture

DjStaffy,
If I do that, choose for hardware acceleration and the videocard as tv output, THEN I have the freezings problems like I said.
If I choose for WINDOW, then I don't have the problem with freezing but I need to drag the window to the second screen.
So what's the difference in between chosing Window or chosing the name of the videocard.
Why do I get with the first one NO freezing problems?

sounds like its your video hardware mate.did you check your drivers for this.igot a prob a while ago when my hardware wasnt showing at all so i rolled back my driver and was ok.go to your video hardware site and check for drivers or reinstall the original.make sure your 2nd monitor is set ecactly the same size as first and make sure the extend to this minitor is checked.

Thanks m8,
Gonna look for the driver update but sounds not good for me that a brand new pc won't work well and that I first have to update the drivers.
If someone else can answer this question, it would be great:

DjStaffy,
Thanks for all your help and answers.
If somebody from the VDJ team can give a good answer on my last question, then maybe more people can understand the way it works.

Hello:
Just some advice.
Don't hesitate on searching for updated drivers.
I bought a brand new lappy and had to update video drivers almost immediately. I called the manufacture and asked why I had "old" video drivers and they told me that they DO NOT upload the "latest" video drivers - instead they only load the drivers initially approved when they first started intalling that particular OS.
The usual advice is that if your drivers are older than 6 mo. - try searching for new ones.
The way to find out how old your drivers are (regardless of how new your computer is) is:
Go to Start > Run.
Type dxdiag in the box.
Click OK.
Click Yes to the prompt, and the program will begin running.
Click the Display tab, there you will find all the information on your video card including the Driver's NAME, VERSION, and DATE.
Cheers

Diamond G,
Thanks for the good advice.
The drivers are up to date, so that can't be the problem.
DXdiag is a good windows tool to check also your direct x status.
Thanks for your answer but also now I will come back with the same question:
At the video tab

might be best if it could go in general forums as Anthony only has access to those.
