Was wondering why 900+ files were not getting scanned. Seems after 3 or so, it just restarts. No logs. Nothing in event viewer.

First time I have seen this happen.

Can you try to rescan just a few files at the time (let's say 5) and send us one batch that crashes VirtualDj ?
This bug must be file specific..

Ok, you *may* be on to something. I have scanned RPM (Top Hits USA), and some Amazon purchases plus my own rips w/o issue. But the Hit Disc from TM Century (Prime Cuts) seems to cause grief.
I am going to try on my main laptop w/o updating and see what happens.

I have the suspect file. It plays fine on media player MPHC, but somehow offends VDJ.
How can I get you the file?

OK. I copied all the files including the suspect to my main laptop.
Launched VDJ (prior build) and loaded the track on player 1. No issue.
Hmmm.
Updated VDJ and did same, no issue.
Hmmm.
Anyhoo, I don't appear to be having any more issues, but could still share the file if need be.
And yes, I do have the BPM experimental on.
