Hi I was wondering why when I plug my HD in to my Mac and finish all BPM In Folders and go on line to register it's all fine but the next day I hope up VDJ and io have to re do all my BPM in folders again as I use my Laptop for work and always on internet.. please advise

its a HD that i can play but i cant move anything off my HD or add from mac

As Huey said above check the drive permissions.

It seems that it's a HDD formatted with NTFS then
You need to use a utility like Paragon NTFS in order to be able to write on the drive, or reformat the drive with a file system your MAC can write to.
VirtualDJ needs write access on the drive to create and update it's database.
That's why your BPM don't stay. Because VirtualDJ can't write that info on the database of the drive

thank you , I have sorted it..

VDJ needs to tell you when there is a problem writing a file... there are other things it needs to tell you as well... silly not to and would prevent questions and confusion.
