Hi, i 'm trying the latest update v 8.4 b5630 with a automixplayist (2h 20 minutes, automixtype: remove intro/outro, mixlength 8 sec).
At several tryouts, VDJ crashes at random tracks at the mixpoint at random times.
I always use automix for playing and mixing...never had any issue with it, nor never had a crash before...till now.
Does anyone have an idea , maybe the cause the lastest update?

Yes,my vdj crushed over 10 times on 5609 5630 (both 32bit 64bit) during automix.

I had to reinstall the previous buil, the newest one (5630) is always crashing randomly, when I load a track, and I'm not using Automix...

re-installed old ver.5504 have no problem.
I usually play with mp4 video files, judging from the waveform display, I think the file loading process has changed in the latest ver, have there been any changes that affect video playback or file loading?

Load a batch of videos in Automix, select mix now, it stutters for a couple of seconds then crashes
Also happens on 5630 but VDJ restarts so maybe a crash log sent? I noticed too it plays the same file twice in a row when using mix now.

5504 been running now for 2 hours without any issues.
Not sure why the current build is on general release when several users have reported crashes?

This crush will also occur without Automix. It seems to crash after several times of loading the file.

Tested on my GPD Pocket with Intel Atom x7-Z8750 quad-core 1.6GHz and Intel HD 405 graphics.
Just tried on my Macbook Pro 16" bootcamped with Windows 10 and it crashed again. Hopefully a crashlog uploaded this time.

Yep I am getting the same thing happening on all three of my laptops while in Automix mode after so many songs it crashes ! Glad to see everyone else is having the same problem

Still investigating, was running fine all night on both mac and windows using intel, but managed to reproduce crash after a couple of hours when running on windows using nVidia.
It seems to be related to hardware accelerated decoding, but didn't find the cause yet.

I tested over 15 videos in Automix on my Mac with Catalina last night. No problems with it, so, I'm assuming from all the reports that it is a PC problem.
System Specs;
MacBook Pro 15” 2017, 2.9 GHz Intel Core i7, 16 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3 Memory, Radeon Pro 560 4096 MB, Intel HD Graphics 630 n1536 MB, macOS Catalina 10.15.4, 500gb SSD, external WD Passport Ultra 2Tb HD containing Music & Video databases and is formatted NTFS, I use the Paragon plugin with NTFS for Mac.
