I recently purchased a Hercules DJ Console which came with Virtual DJ software.

I have loaded the software but keep getting the message:

"your serial number is invalid. Please contact --@--.--"

On the support teams advice I have checked that my firewall is off and loaded and re-loaded the software several times, only to keep getting the same error message.

I am absolutely hanging to use the console with VDJ so can anyone tell me how to overcome this problem.

Humm.... really strange!
If you only buy the DJConsole, you can't download VDJ here!
You only have VDJ DJConsole version included on the CD and no serial.

If you have REALLY buy VDJ (the Full version I mean), contact e-service:

one of cousins friends extracted the installation of vdj 1.02 on pc with the the serial but when i registered it on the web site it keeps saying already registered.what should i do?
 
Buy it and stop using illegal versions.
 
I have just purchased a Hercules DJ Console, and have just installed your software, however when I come to run it I get the following error:

Your serial number is invalid. Please contact --@--.--

So i did this, but got told that the e-mail is not in use anymore, so i've come here.

How can I rectify this?
