here's mine. i'm using a kontrol dj 500, behringer vmx1000, laptop, u46dj soundcard.
made the case myself using astroboard. it's 10u. has a tiltable rack and a sliding tray to hold the laptop.
it's as light, strong and comopact as i could make it.

case: a sheet of 7mm astroboard cost £25. the trim corners & other case hardware form swan flight cost around £40 (incl £10 delivery).
tools: i had a dewalt chop saw already but had to buy a blade especially to cut alluminium which cost £40. you could make it using hack saw to cut the angles but it's quicker and more precise using a chop saw. i had to buy some extra channel & angle from b&q for about £10.
in total it cost around £90 which included rivets etc. the case took a bit of pre-planning to make sure i didn't cock it up. using astroboard and alluminium extrusions was easier than i first thought.
using the astroboard you can pick up the case (unloaded) with your little finger! you probably couldn't stand on the case but it will take a good battering.
the kontrol dj cost about £280. the mixer i got for just over £100.
here's some more pics

The arms holding up the board.. Are they adjustable or just fall in place?
