Is there a pre/post listening function for the headphones in VDJ? I know older versions you could hear eq/gain changes in the headphone prior to mixing. It this still possible? How do you change this?

Yes, the ability to listen to the EQ changes exists. It is not however selectable from the VDJ configuration. It is a registry entry change. There is a tool available to licensed users for making the registry change without having to open the registry.
But, yes the EQ in Headphones does exist and work.
