It's a conflict with another version installed ... often a "special" version. Ask e-service to help you to install.
(Uninstall all previous "special" version - install the new one but dont' forget to disable your antivirus while launching the soft for the first time).

and any firewall you have instaled,vdj needs to syncronise with the server the first time you run it

deleted the other one,
probably stuck in system reg,
reinstalled v.2.01
turn off all virus software, still same error
tyring to delete old stuff from system reg
