If I buy Virtual DJ will it make my cd-rom read cd+g disc ? How do I use Virtual DJ to play karaoke disc

Not necessarily. You need to have a cd-rom drive that is capable of reading CD+G discs.
You will be able to get audio as normal (as you would through any regular cd player),but a real CD+G CD ROM can cost a small fortune. Well, i've seen them around for at least £150 (about $300 usd). You could probably find them cheaper I s'pose.
Plextor make CD ROM drives that can read CD+G's. I found this list of players by googling Plextor CD+G CD ROM.
