Noticed that VMIX multi instance skine had a button to save the database
is there a function in virtual.. that allows us to save the database before exiting or on demand?

i cannot believe...... it..............searched shortcut keys...for so long to find this feature
if i had not installed vmix5.1 multi instance..... i would not have known..... that it actually existed

Best thing is to use it everytime you make a change in VDJ and then save the database (username).xml file somewhere safe.

You can also assign CNTRL-S to save your database, just like you do in other programs.
keeping a copy of your database in otherplace is a good idea, it will save you of hours of analizing BPMs and CUEs. I use a folder named backup on VirtualDJ directory.
