The transitions have been done by fellow members of this forum, free of charge. So, I guess when ever they have the time to write new ones.

A few new ones would be nice, but to be far, I think there's a pretty good selection already!
My suggestion for some new ones would be "virtical blinds".
Oh, and how about one like "glass" or "circle", but where you can customise the shape (Quick idea would be to draw your desired shape in black on a bitmap, then it could be somhow read in).
Maybe that's a bit ambitious... But would be cool.

I like the blind idea and have 2 a vertical and horizontal, but have it turn open then move either up or down or right to left.
