hi im trying to update my profile to download software updates and i typed my serial number but it say it already exists and i cnt remember my old username or password anyway of reseting it

sounds like either someone took your serial number or you're using one that virtual dj detected as an invalid serial

yep discobrian24 is right contact support and give as much info as you can about how and when you've purchased VDJ and they will look up in their database to try and help you out.
