i bought my copy of this program and everytime i enter my serial number on your site it says im registered as somebody else? now im the only person to have this program so how can i be registered as some else and i have never registered

Did you buy your copy from this website or a friend or something like that? If you bought it from this website, contact the support guys and they should be able to help you. If you bought it from a friend, then it's already been registered and you won't be able to register it under your name.
Maybe there's something the tech guys here could do to get that registration removed, but i'm not sure they'll do that.
Perhaps one of the moderators/teamers could confirm?
