point is with layers / levels, we can mix & play video effects as well as audio.
get rid of the on /off column and make it a layer box where we drag effects and sort them out by level top to bottom. and obviously allowing us to move layers up /down once set.

I agree that the Video FX section could be addressed. Layering would be a fantastic upgrade.
In addition, I would like to see an active state added for video fx. With sound fx, I can make a button on a skin to activate/deactivate that particular effect. When it's on, the button shows that its active. If I do the same with a video effect, it does not have the ability to show whether it is active or not.

It's actually for the wishlist as it is an action not functioning properly. I don't believe there is a space on the skin forum to discuss things you'd like fixed with the software. Please direct me if I am mistaken.
