You should make make us aware of your problems!, because most problems that people encounter with 3.0 can be solved, it would be worth doing this.., because version 3.0 is the best version avaliable.
So please, what are your problems?, your system specs? etc.
your operating system, running proccesses, harddrive cleanliness, VDJ settings, external hardware (including controllers) all have a MAJOR effect on how VDJ runs besides system specs.

My problem is that alot of times when I load a new song there is skipping from the current track playing... I heard that v2.0 did not do this

What are your PC specs? It seems that your computer lacks of RAM or something if it skips.

Currently VirtualDJ shouldn't skip with the audio part so if it goes on there is a setting to do
