Not yet at the moment. Maybe there will be possible once ;) You have to use external software or hardware to do that.
External HD video recorder is great choice.

would a screen recorder software work?

hmm.. would be interesting to try... anyone? ;)

Can Sony Vegas 6.0 capture from an internal source like the onboard video card ???

i tryed only with external HD recorder. it makes perfect recordings ;)

Already did this a long time ago, FRAPS is the name of the software.

I used Camstasia studio and it worked too.

cool ;)thanx

When I used fraps it only recorded 30 seconds at a time though, not sure if there is a way around this, maybe someone on here knows how to make it record longer?

Another program I've tried was Capture Pad 0.1 beta, which is freeware, however, I could never get it to capture VDJ video [I did make other screen captures though so it does work, just not with VDJ when I run video], it seemed to crash every time, but it might be stable for some people :).

If you have any kind of video IN on your PC [TV card, USB A/V capture device etc.] then, probably, the best way to capture VDJ video is to feed your 2nd screen output [from your video card] back into your PC through the video-in device and record direct from there [on the PC you run VDJ on] using any supplied software or free video capture software [such as windows movie maker].

How can I remove that Virtual DJ bitmap tag found @ the lower right hand corner ???

In the config/options, under video, theres a check box for 'hide logo', just check that :)

The Demo version is limited, but if you buy the full edition, all limitations are removed ....
