hi, i've been trying VDJ for some time, and i got my headphones to work. but with Sinterklaas (a sort-of christmas dutch tradition), i got a new medion MD 85500 5.1 surround sound set.
now, i mostly got my headphones to work by plugging them in in the back as a set of speakers ( i use RealtekHD audio), and it works fine. but now all the plugs are used for my speakers, and VDJ doesn't notice if there's 2 or 5 speakers. i have a spare plug hole in the front, but when i plug it in and set VDJ to use that plug, i either don't hear my speakers, or the headphone actually acts like a speaker. by setting the headphones as headphones in Realtek i cannot hear my speakers anymore because it shuts them down.
so what do i do now?
does anyone have any suggestions? thanks.

nevermind, i bought one of those usb soundcards, and now it works fine :)
