I have to say that I'm a little more excited about VDJ6. I've noticed A lot more support questions answered.
However,
Every time I do a search, I wind up missing and reporting covered topics.
I was thinking how easy it would be for both Consumers and Forum moderators to create one central Report center. (One Post that is continually edited to info consumers of either updates or challenges they face in creating updates.
-This area would be locked to only the moderators (to prevent a gazillion useless comments).
-Every time a problem is reported, we can see it in a list on one page.
-We would be able to see if a solution is acknowledged and being looked into
-In developement
-Priority Status (Rank of problems that need attention first)
-Prediction to what version number the fix will be applied to
It could potential be set up on a chart (Like MS excel)
I believe this might eliminate sooooo many different threat and prevent your consumers from wondering.
What do you think?
Or will this be too easy for the competitors to look at?
