So I crossgraded from VV to VDJ Pro and there are two issues to report...
1. When I open the config menu the audio cuts out and my settings for sound output change for no reason.
2. The sound isn't great.
I am happy that relative timecode mode works as it should now.

Update: I was wrong about issue #2 (poor sound quality). I've adjusted my performance settings and all seems well now. A track played in VDJ is a little "brighter" than a track played in iTunes, but that's not necessarily a bad thing, just different.
To elaborate a little more on issue #1... I use the "Left deck : Output 2 / Right deck : Output 1 option" but whenever I open the config menu to change a mapper or whatever the output setting goes back to the opposite ("Left deck : Output 1 / Right deck : Output 2"). I assume "fixed save soundconfig changes when leaving the page" back in the 6.0.2 update was supposed to be a fix for this problem but it doesn't appear to have been resolved.
