I just bought the RMX and updated it, and when I use it with Virtual DJ 6.02 Pro, my headphones only output the mix, not the cue. I have checked the mix/cue knob to make sure it is on cue, and my audio settings are:
Inputs: None
Outputs: Headphones (Master : Chan 1&2 / Headphones : Chan 3&4)
Sound card: DJ Console RMX
(Apply EQ on external inputs is unchecked)
I have tried both WDM and ASIO audio modes as well, and in neither mode will the 1/4 in headphone output play the cue, only the master output.

Make sure your outputs on the mixer are plugged in to output channels 1 and 2 not 3 and 4. If you are plugged into the right outputs and have your settings correct like you say then the mixer is probably bad.

I tried both, but the master output is not the issue. The issue is that only the master audio is output to the headphones through the 1/4 inch headphone jack, not the cue.

Quick update: I tried the RMX on a different computer with the exact same settings on Virtual DJ and it works perfectly, so it may be something with my computer.
