Hello, I am currently thinking of buying VDJ and a laptop to scratch and mix video, is this enough to be able to scratch and mix video?

Dell Studio 15
Intel Core i7 1.6 gHz (Quad Core)
4GB DDR3 RAM
512MB Graphics ATI Radeon 4570
U46MK2 SoundCard
Serato Timecode

At software latency 64(1ms) and ASIO at 64 samples?
