Guys, I am having an issue at my club where VDJ is having an issue when the late dj relieves the early dj. If the computer is not shutdown completely (power off power on) VDJ plays audio extremely slow and the sound is aweful. I am told it happens when the early dj unplugs his powered usb drive and the late dj plugs his in.
The club is using version 6.0.5. We will be upgrading when account issues are resolved.

Seems to make sense because there's no longer power supplying the SL1 once the USB is unplugged. There should be a power adapter available for the SL1 so that continuous AC power can be supplied by the adapter and NOT by the USB.

Farhanashraf, I'm neither. I'm the main DJ on Friday and Sunday. Saturday is split shift DJs and they rotate weekly thus it happens to both of them. I am not exactly sure of the steps that takes place when the DJs switch but all I was told is it happens when they switch drives (not sure if early dj unplugs his first and then the late dj plugs his in or if the late dj plugs his in while early dj hasn't unplugged his yet).
Video DJQ, the SL1 is being powered by electrical via a power adapter.
I did hear back from support with the suggestion to "Download and use REGISTRY TOOL and select SPEED LOAD ACTIVE". I have yet to try it because I am waiting to meet with the Saturday DJs so they can go through the process and then apply to suggestion support mentioned to see if it resolves the problem.
