I gave up on the internal video recorder.I just couldn't get in in sync.Got way better results with a capture card.

I got decent results using "FRAPS", it's a screen recorder so you need to have the video output on a second monitor so it can record that screen, but it worked pretty well.

After months of trial and error, i am finally able to record video using xvid codec. Here's a link to one of my quickie mixes. I don't always spin clean versions so this mix contains language that some here may find offensive.
