What do I have to do to get this damn thing to go away?!?
This is still popping up everytime i minimize and restore, I changed the browser area to 294 height, everything fits in it now, I added the hidden browser windows on the non-browser pages, I added the <init action="page 'effects'"/> & <onit="page 'effects'"/>
I've tried removing all the browsers except for the main window.
In a word... I'm over it.

I feel I should mention that this glitch only happens when the browser is on a pannel. If i drop it off the pannel then the glitch goes away.
