Hello all, my little brother has decided to have a muck around on my version of VDJ 7 home free, with the mix lab 3.1 skin, and has some how made the cd deck disappear... all that is there is a blank panel in place of the deck. i have tryed clicking around everywhere to try and get them back.. but to no avail. I have also tryed redownloading and installing both the program and the skin. only to have the same blank panel staring me in the face the whole time. the skin is still usable, however it is incredibly frustrating having to guess the BMP of every song, and having no effects, nor loop control, as the display is no longer there.
any help getting my cd deck back would be much appreciated.

Have you re-booted the PC?

yes, everytime between each unistall, and reinstall.

Then the skin file is corrupt. Delete the skin file, and you should be OK.

it just seems strange that the same skin works perfectly on another computer i own, o'well, i'll see how long it lasts on that... anyway i have since found another skin with the same features so i should be right.

I had the same problem and unfortunately that was the skin i have been using since i got the program. What skin are you using now, or which one did you find to have similar features? orrrr did you find a way to fix it?
