Forgive my new-ness, but I have been wrestling with VDJ for a couple of weeks now.
My external hard drive has over 20,000 songs on it.
However, I am trying to search for tracks in my VDJ browser and it's not finding them.
In fact when I try to fix it, going from...
Config > Browser > And switch the "Database" from "Root" to "My Hard Drive"
It says there are only 923 files.
And every time I go back into Config > Browser, the Database has resorted back to "Root"
How can I search through all the songs on my hard drive ?
I have been back and forth with the manual and it's not getting me anywhere.
I am coming off of using Serato Itch for the last year, which was very drag and drop... Very easy.
Can someone please give me a simple lesson on how to manage my music and create my playlists / crates.

It could be that some of the file are not being recognized because our controller does not recognize some of the music formats that you have. Are any of the files non-MP3 or MP4 or WAV files?

Everything is MP3
Should I be doing something to "Analyze" all my files like I used to with ITCH?
