Hey Guys Im Having A problem maping my DJM800 I Have the MIDI cable and all is set up but when i go to map it nothing happens!! I press the midi button and it says start but nothing please help thanks!!

Where can i download version 6 again, this is going nowhere... i have tried with the learn function, it recognizes the input of the midi, but it doesn't preform it afterwards... on top of this i noticed that loop and cue doesn't make differences between left and right deck anymore..

First off - nothing changed from version 6 to 7 that would cause the SimpleMIDIWrapper to break.
The file you posted is not from version 6 - it was from the old version 5 or older. We switched the controller support method in version 6 (2 years ago).
Because you are using the SimpleMIDIWrapper you have to distinguish which deck you want the action to perform on --
deck 1 loop
deck 1 cue
So when you look at your old mapping ... the chan="#" is the deck number.

Thats all great in all, and i just checked indeed it was version 5... since i indeed in retrospect didnt upgrade to 6.
However that doesnt take away that it doesnt work as it finds the midi input signal but but after the learn it doesnt work...
where can i download the version 5?? i dont care for any new functions (if any) you put in as it does not add anything for me.

Spend another 3 hours trying to make this work, since i cant download old versions of the software (where are they?).... i uploaded the wrong file btw...
I modded some other presets and it still doesnt work properly. Useless things like assigning eq to a rotary knob seem to be working (who would want to use internal vdj eq)...
I want to assign the fader start buttons to loop in loop out DOESNT WORK
I want to assign the middle two faders to effect on and off DOESNT WORK
What does work..
Assigning middle two cue buttons to sync desk 1 and 2.
now i need only a very few options....
Now i think here is the issue:

seems that the control vs action has to be matching, so button vs button in the software press on screen and knob vs knob in the software

Hi Technical People,
I cant get my Dj2Go to work with Virtual DJ PRO 7.
when i open up virtual dj le lite my dj2go MIDI lights up straight away and i can use it instantly.
when i open up virtual dj pro 7 my dj2go MIDI doesn't light up and it has no effect of the programme.
what is wrong???

Please register your Pro serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html
