I have copied a playlist from VDJ on one laptop to an external hard drive and then attempted to play it on another laptop with VDJ and it doesn't work. The playlist will show up in VDJ but when I go to play a song, I recieve an error. The songs are on both laptops, both MP3's and Cached songs.
What am I doing wrong? I have the current VDJ Pro Basic and I'm a premium member.
Thanks.

Playlists are path sensitive. In order your playlist to be used, you need to have your songs at the same path (location) to the new computer too.
Your folders need to have the same structure. You may edit your playlists (m3u) manually using Notepad or similar editor.
Make also sure that those cached files can be played to that new computer. You need to login to your premium account and refresh cached authorization too. (right click on those songs)

Thank you.
I'll will research that on my end and see if the songs are in the same folders and try to fix it. What does editing the M3U files in NotePad do to help this situtation or does it?

I figured it out, including editing the playlist to show the correct paths for the files. And it works!
Again thank you.
