I need help with my video lag. I have a macbook pro Intel i5 CPU 2.30GHz 4gb (2.17gb usable) 32-bit operating system bootcamp
running windows 7 professional Intel HD Graphics 3000. I don't know why when I'm playing music videos I have major lag? Please help.

Go to UTILITIES > ACTIVITY MONITOR and see if anything is consuming a lot of system resources. Is VDJ installed on the Windows or OSX OS? Video takes a lot more resources so you could be hitting some limits with memory either system memory or video memory.

on windows go grab the registry tool and put a 1 in yvu bug, see if that helps.
