Hi all. I've been dabling with usin time code CDs in a pair of cdj800s thru my rmx. I'm wondering if its possible to have the rmx transport controls work decks 1 and 2 and have the timecode control 3 and 4?

With a little remapping you can use your rmx to control all the decks aswell as control all the decks with timecodes.

Sorry, should have been clearer. The RMX is currently custom mapped with a button on each side that swaps deck 1 and 3 or 2 and 4. I have that sussed and have been using 4 decks since version 7 dropped. What i mainly do is use 3 and 4 for samples to cut and stab into the mix or beef up drums etc. The idea behind using the cdjs on just 3 and 4 is that I could have 1 and 2 mid mix and stab in deck 3 just by touching the cdj while altering something like the eq on deck 1

Ok, for that:
Got to Confing -> Mapper and Select your device and set it to deck 1 & 2. So that was the part that your RMX is working on Deck 1 & deck 2.
Now goto config -> Sound -> Advanced Soundconfig. There you have to dffine all your outputs like the master ore cue, or if you have an extern mixer you are able to output the decks by own.
But you also are able to deffine timecode input. and this works like you deffine an output ;) So if you select Timecode 3 you are deffining the timecode of the 3rd deck.
