Virtual dj- hercules RMX 2 stanton c.304 time coded virtual dj cd
So when i start up virtual dj in absolute mode, the right deck/deck 2 is already spining... when i load a record, the record kinda slides itself forward video and audio. if im playing a record, the moment i het play on my cd deck, the play light on my rmx lights up, and when i hit stop/cue on my cdj the song continues to play til i take it out of abosilute mode, and then hit stop on the hrecules rmx... it onliy happend on one side so what is the issue?

You need to adjust the silence knob for that deck in TC config.
