I'm using the latest version of VDJ on an Alienware M15 with timecodes and everything worked fine for about an hour. I was controlling the pitch control and music on the Pioneer DVJ's with no issue. And then all of the sudden about an hour into my set I couldn't control the pitch using the DVJ's pitch control. I could play and stop but the pitch control would not move so I was having to adjust it manually on the computer which was a big hassle. Any ideas why this would happen and how to correct it if it happens again?
The second issue I'm having is that I can't activate the Keylock button on the VDJ interface. Not sure why. When I click on it it will not lock into place. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong? Can you use this feature when using the VDJ timecode CDs?

Hi,
Check you haven't turned keylock/master tempo on on your CDJ/DVJ This will cause problems.
Keylock not locking on in software. Check config>performances>master tempo> If this is set to purescratch I believe this will not allow you to turn on keylock.
Hope this helps.
