Go to CONFIG -> Sound Setup and check the setting of the drop-down list next to Outputs: External Mixer.
Deck 1 should be on channels 1&2 and deck 2 on 3&4.

Okay i'm still confused. I really don't have to get my channels back to regular. My dilemma is that the play buttons and jog wheel work
on opposite channels. I don't know what shift button do you press the right or left Do you hold the browser button down and for how long.
I tried the Registry tool and i have no clue what i'm looking at. tried to re invert mapping still no go. can some walk me through the steps to
get my channels fixed back to regular.
Thanks

Check that it is assigned in CONFIG -> Mappers to control the correct decks.

Thanks support but it looks like a no go. Just switch it to 4 decks and I don't see that option.

Okay finally got it to work. Not sure if you want to make this an important post.. But After trying everything I had the mc6000 connect I went to Config and clicked the Restore to Factory setting. It ask me for login and Password. after inputting my info everything went back to normal and the channels are correct. Right plays right and Left plays left. So Happy its back now lets rock..
