Details about your machine? CPU? Amount of RAM and so on?
What exact OS version (e.g. Win 7 Home Premium 64-Bit)?
At what event does the error occur? Opening the software? Loading a file?
Can you tell wether the error is prompted by the OS or by VDJ?
