HELLO,
Dropped the ergo off at pioneers satellite repair shop yesterday, i dont know what happened but, i changed the latency under configure and it start to sound really bad(lots of static and popping) closed out virtual dj and re-opened and the asio driver was not there at all! un installed and re-installed, updated driver and firm ware. opened virtual again the asio showed but the sound was worse. called pioneer tech support and they said it was a hardware problem. anybody have any thoughts? CONFUSED!!!!

Similar sound issues are due to very low selected latency or bad computer performance. Please read this http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common%20PC%20Performance%20Issues.html (for PC users) or this http://www.virtualdj.com/wiki/Common%20Mac%20Performance%20Issues.html (for Mac users)
