I just bought a Hercules DJC RMX. I have it going to my PC, Win XP OS, via the provided usb. I have my Channel 1 and 2 outs going through my stereo system and my headphones directly into the DJ console.
The music in the headphones are playing maybe 1/8 to 1/2 sec a head of whats being played out of the speakers.
I have checked the VDJ option box. Made sure that it's using ASIO and tinkered around with the buffer size and nothing works. Please.. can anybody help me?

This is probably being caused by your stereo system, which may be applying processing/enhancement of some sort to the sound being output through it, resulting in a delay.
Try turning off any such enhancements such as virtual surround, bass enhancers, etc. (Consult your stereo system's user manual for instructions.)
Also, if your stereo has wireless speakers then these will cause a delay to the audio output through them (There's no way around this except for using wired speakers.)
