Topic: HELP: DirectX/WDM Driver

Dieses Thema ist veraltet und kann veraltete oder falsche Informationen enthalten.

Hello,

I know that this topic already exists within this forum, but as I can't sort out the following issue:

I have a Pioneer DDJ Ergo and installed VirtualDJ LE (DDJ-ERGO) 7.05b and if I'm starting VDJ an alert comming up and show that there is a problem with the DIRECTX/WDM driver. I have already installed DirectX 9, checked the sound devices setting ( set the onoard soundcard of my laptop as default ). I installed the newest drivers from Pioneer. As I couldn't find any topic to clear my issue, please help me to sort it out :-)

If you need any further information, please let me know.

Thanks all.

Further to my message above, please note that I would like to pre-listen the next song via headphone, therefore two soundcards are neccessary ( 1st = onboard and 2nd = Pioneer DDJ ). Correct me if I'm wrong.

Use Asio Pioneer drivers. The sound setup should be ..
Inputs..None (or LineIns)
Outputs.. Headphones
Sound card.. ASIO and next to that choose Pioneer ASIO drivers

Connect speakers to master output of Ergo and headphones to the front socket.

In case you need to use your computer's speakers for master output, connect the master output of Ergo with the MIC/LineIn Input of your computer, using a proper cable.

Note.To be able to use 2 sound cards and prelisten from the Ergo, requires Advanced Sound setup, which is not available in the LE version. You will have to upgrade to Pro Full version at a discount to get this feature among others

Please register the LE serial number to your Profile Page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html to be able to download future updates, and secure your serial from losing that.

As I already bought Virtual DJ Pro 7 some time ago, is it possible to get a mapping for Pioneer DDJ Ergo for the Pro version?

You want to register your purchase of VDJ, you really are missing out on some fantastic goodies in the download section.

Besides missing out on all those great plugins you won't be able eligible for any future updates, you spent the money didn't you? why not take advantage of the benefits in your investment.

Just head to "Modify My Profile" tab at the top of the page, you won't be able to walk on water after you register but thousands of adorable women have been attracted to me since I did.

Pioneer DDJ-ERGO is natively supported in the latest version of VirtualDJ Pro. No mapping is required.

As above, please register your Pro serial number on the page http://www.virtualdj.com/users/edit.html and then download the latest version from the Download Center: http://www.virtualdj.com/download/updates.html

If you have not purchased VirtualDJ Pro then please support the software and its future development by purchasing it: http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html - Your DDJ-ERGO entitles you to a discount if it came with VirtualDJ LE included.
